The equipment features:
1. The whole sterilization process is under PLC automatic computer
control and temperature difference +0.3°C in the retort.
Multi-stage heating can be applied which saves energy. It has F
value measurement function and can store 30 sterilization formulas.
2. Equipment and reducer base were produced as a whole, this solves
a range of problems caused by concentricity change in the process
when the reducer base and the pot deform.
3. Transmission system uses a reducer with brake function and
combines with automatic positioning system to ensure the stopped
rotator always stay at the same location which will make the
discharge more convenience.
Product usage:
Autoclaves are big container-like pressure equipment, it is used to
steam and cure the green body of sand lime brick, fly ash brick,
aerocrete block, new and light wall materials. Currently, besides
using in silicate building materials, autoclave can also be used in
industries like: chemical, medicine, rubber, lumber, gypsum,galss,
insulating materials and textile.
Industrial autoclaves are pressure vessels used to process parts
and materials which require exposure to elevated pressure and
temperature. The manufacture of high-performance components from
advanced composites often requires autoclave processing.
Still Kettle is horizontally setted, the cover is made of a 16mnr
steel plate, the flanges used in the cover and body of the machine
is forged from a 16mn steel bar. Stricit non-destructive Testing
and heat treatment should be performed to the welding lines in the
pressure sustaining parts according to relevant specifications.
